IVMA's workshop totals 2505
sq. meters of covered working space, spanned by 5 tonne electric overhead
travelling cranes, with adequate headroom of 4.2 meters, and the equipment
and machinery is properly positioned for an un-impeded production flow
from the material receipts bay in the stockyard to the despatch area.
Stockyard crane of 8 tonne maximum capacity is also used for trial
assembly of large complex structural units.
